The Chicago Park District has limited funds to provide financial assitance for families who wish to enroll in the summer day camp program at Haas.

Proceeds from this event will go towards the medical treatment and other associated costs of Phil Jones - Haas Park Advisory Council founder and Goethe School LSC member who is battling cancer.

The new Haas Park fieldhouse is finally open after years of community organizing and collaboration with the park district and partners like the Trust for Public Land.

There are a lot of programs available for signup now that start in January.  See a list here.  Most programs are available for walk-in registration so that you can visit the new building. 

An official opening ceremony will take place after the new year.  Until then, the park is open limited hours, so go check it out!

The new Haas Park fieldhouse is nearing completion and will soon open to the public.  The latest estimate is a soft opening in mid November with a full schedule of park programs beginning after the new year.  The building is amazing and will soon become a new center of our community. Stay tuned for updates.
